- Coupe en petit cube le pain demi et y verse de huile d olive dessus bien mélanger et mettre sur une plaque de cuisson.
- Poser sur cette plaque le blanc de poulet ainsi que les tranches extra fine de jambon cru.
- Mettre au four à 200 degrés pour 10min.
- Pendant ce temps je prépare tous mes légumes.
- Je mets à cuire mes œufs pour avoir des œufs durs.
- Tous couper en morceaux et préparer sur les assiettes.
- Une fois tous couper et préparé je rajoute mon filet de thon.
- Une fois les œufs cuits je les épluches et laisse refroidir pareil pour mes croûtons poulet et jambon cru.
- Une fois tous refroidis je coupe mes œufs que je place sur ma salade.
- Là je coupe en morceau mon filet de poulet et je le dispose sur mon assiette et j émietté mes chips de jambon cru.
- Maintenant je prepare ma vignaigrette je rajoute l eau petit à petit jusqu à obtenir la consistance souhaitée.
